Stylish Warmth

Welcome to Mantra Amaltas, a hotel in Delhi that offers a comfortable stay without putting a strain on your pocket.

Spacious, sylan surroundings, warmth, comfortable able luxury, a home away from home… this is what Mantra Amaltas the new boutique hotel located in the capital’s posh Friends Colony has to offer. Named after the laburnum whose blossoms are like a burst of glorious warmth, and as a tribute to this selfsame tree that stands on the hotel’s plot, Avininder Puri (Director, Mantra Amaltas) made sure his entrepreneurial venture revolved around good, stylish living, with a heart.

The hotel has four spacious luxury suites, 27 Premier Rooms featuring large double beds and 11 Deluxe Rooms. Though they follow a contemporary Indian style of design, the soft furnishings and accessories in each room are different, thanks to the keen interest that the director and his family took in the project. Luxury bathrooms (with customized herbal toiletries), however, are standard, as are facilities for making tea/coffee, a mini bar and an LCD TV with satellite connection. All the rooms take into account the needs of the senior citizens and those who are differently-abled.

Guests won’t be disappointed where food is concerned either. Diner’s Nest, the hotel’s multi-cuisine restaurant offers a sumptuous selection of Japanese, Italian, Continental, Chinese and Indian fare, with an extended range of hot and cold beverages and desserts. Mantra Amaltas is where you will find the capital’s only heated indoor pool as well. The relaxed ambience offers possibilities for leisurely indulgence: strumming a guitar, playing Scrabble and more. The soon-to-be-launched state-of-the-art Oyster Health Club will offer welcome respite to the fitness conscious, while golfers, shoppers and other visitors to India’s capital can take the help of the well-equipped Travel Desk staff.

The hotel offers a choice of several elegant venues for a host of functions: pre-wedding parties, wedding ceremonies, cocktails and anniversary celebrations. These can take place in al fresco spaces — Cobbled Terrace and Gardenia — or The Blue Cool multipurpose conference rooms, which can accommodate between 60 to 200 people. For conferences, all facilities are easily provided including modern audio-visual equipment, WiFi internet access with conference and theatre seating options.

For the contemporary hearth with a traditional heart, the destination clearly remains Mantra Amaltas.
