HSIL to make water heaters

Sanitaryware major HSIL Ltd has now forayed into the consumer products business. The company has signed a co-branded marketing agreement with Groupe Atlantic from France, a specialist thermal comfort solution provider, to introduce a technologically superior and aesthetically appealing range of water heaters in the India market. The brand to be known as Hindware-Atlantic, will offer a water heating range that merges both the brands’ prowess; cutting-edge technology, premium design and unmatched comfort with significant cost savings in this product category. The water heaters will be available in metros, mini metros and tier 1 and 2 cities to begin with, through organized retail outlets. Additionally, through an exclusive online agreement with Snapdeal, the product will be made available through the e-commerce route too. The range encompass instant heaters of 1 litre to high capacity 25 litres and are priced between Rs. 4,000 and
Rs. 12,000 (approx).
