Goa gets new interior design boutique, Vaishnavipratima

Mumbai-based interior design store Vaishnavipratima has taken up residence in a 90-year-old Portuguese villa in north Goa. The 4,000 square-foot outlet houses a new line of furniture and furnishings, distinct from that of the Mumbai store, which is specifically designed to suit Goan aesthetic sensibilities, while also celebrating Indian art. Outdoor furniture, designer beds, dining tables, premium designer wear by Prama and semiprecious jewellery from Bhavaa are notable additions to the Goan store. Both share similar aesthetics with those of Vaishnavipratima, namely, a love of Indian designs and art.
